Job Description
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of presentations and transaction marketing material
- Undertake extensive industry and macro-level research
- Compile, examine and interpret financial data for use in financial analysis and forecasting
- Build financial models to forecast business performance
- Conduct valuation exercises using a variety of valuation techniques
- Support the team on daily tasks towards transaction execution
- Work closely with senior team members and clients on transaction execution
- Undertake market scanning exercises to identify potential target opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with accounting or finance background is preferred
- CFA or any finance and valuation professional qualifications is a plus
- Finance Post Graduate studies are also a plus
- Superior attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong financial modelling, finance and accounting skills is a plus
- Desire to take initiative with solid task ownership
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word skills
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Prior work experience with accounting, financial or market data, databases, or analysis tools (Fact set, Reuters & Bloomberg, etc.) is a plus
