Job Description
The emergency medicine doctor supervises the functioning of the Emergency Department, from entrance to admission/discharge of patients, along with the triage system, patient flow and implementation of protocols, according to the objectives of the project and in relation with different hospital departments.
As an emergency medical doctor you’re responsible for providing the best medical care to the patient and you’re involved in triage system, patient flow and implementation of protocols.
You ensure training and supervision of staff.
- Administered and implemented all physician order accurately.
- Assisted patients in admitting and discharge of all patients.
- Provided accurate transcription for all physician requirements.
- Maintained record of all nursing functions and provided update to it.
- Participated in various counseling sessions for health and emotional support to patients.
- Analyzed patient treatment plan and prioritized patient requirements.
- Monitored patient care plans and implemented as per facility requirements.
- Ensured compliance to all policies guidelines and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Medicine and Surgery
- Fluent English
- High presentability
- V.Good Communication skills
- Problem solver
- V.good negotiations Skills.
- Leadership skills.
- 3rd language preferable.
- International Board.
- Experience in medical tourism.
- Previous Experience in Medical insurance/Health care industry is a big plus.
- Must be computer literate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
