Job Description
- Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members. Performs excellent customer service at all time.
- Completes timely repairs on all commercial and industrial kitchen equipment.
- Maintains working conditions of restaurant equipment, including fryers, dishwashers, stoves, food mixers and buffet line equipment.
- Maintains refrigeration equipment, including but not limited to compressors, evaporators and refrigerant leaks.
- Keeps machinery operating in a safe, efficient manner, acceptable with all health codes.
- Reads schematics and performs electrical troubleshooting on all mechanical equipment.
- Relocates existing equipment when requested.
- Maintains an adequate supply of materials needed for the efficient performance of job
- Performs any reasonable request made by management.
Job Requirements
- BS of engineering, electrical power or any relevant major.
- 1-3 years of experience as maintenance engineer for kitchen & laundry equipment.
- Good user for Microsoft office.
- Good knowledge of electrical control (classic control, PLC, etc.)
- Travel flexibility
