Job Description
- Develop trust relationships with clients
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Client Management in terms of post-sales activities including but not limited to training, setup management and support.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Communicate with internal analysis, development and testing team regarding client issues and change requests.
- Develop in-depth understanding of product modules and domain knowledge.
- Supporting the team on new business opportunities.
- Presales Activities such Online and On-Site client demos.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information systems or any relevant discipline.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, most communication is with non-Arabic speaking clients
- Minimum 3+ year experience
- Client management experience, including proven ability to handle multiple deliverable within tight deadlines.
- Experience with ERPs, Financials software and ideally Hotel Management systems
- Demonstrable ability to take responsibility and accountability.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills,
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel inside and outside Egypt
