Job Description

  • Develop trust relationships with clients
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Client Management in terms of post-sales activities including but not limited to training, setup management and support.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Communicate with internal analysis, development and testing team regarding client issues and change requests.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of product modules and domain knowledge.
  • Supporting the team on new business opportunities.
  • Presales Activities such Online and On-Site client demos.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Information systems or any relevant discipline.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, most communication is with non-Arabic speaking clients
  • Minimum 3+ year experience
  • Client management experience, including proven ability to handle multiple deliverable within tight deadlines.
  • Experience with ERPs, Financials software and ideally Hotel Management systems
  • Demonstrable ability to take responsibility and accountability.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving skills,
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel inside and outside Egypt
