Job Description

  • Secretarial role and office management.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
  • Responsible for all the administrative duties and day to day management.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Communicating by attaining telephone calls, fax messages and company emails follow up.

Job Requirements

  • Gender: Female
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience at least 5 years
  • Use Microsoft office.
  • Excellent in typing.
  • Excellent in English (writing and speaking)
