Job Description
- Supervise the Facility Management staff in the mall
- Assist Mall Manager in identifying facility management needs and requirements
- Provide guidance to, Hard and Soft FM Supervisors
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc on-site inspections of mall common areas to ensure adherence to company standards and that areas are well maintained
- Ensure that all tenant complaints/ requests made through the Mall Managers or Contact Center are resolved by the Facility management staff
- Ensure efficiency in the workload allocation amongst the managed FM mall staff
- Ensure supervision and inspection with Facility Management oversight staff
- Ensure mall common areas adhere to company standards, and that the Central Facility Management are providing guidelines in line with agreed upon service levels and quality
- Ensure completion of FM performance reports, communication of reports to the mall manager.
- Ensure reporting of any critical underperformance or other issues and communicate to mall manager if issues can not be solved.
- Ensure correct application of workload allocation amongst the mall FM staff
- Assist Mall Manager in gathering necessary requirements and providing critical operational input to develop the annual mall business plan
- Assume the Mall Manager role in the absence of the mall manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent is preferred.
- Technical degree in MEP and/ or HVAC systems is preferred.
- 8-10 years in mall operations and FM of large malls.
- Exposure to a tenant/customer relationship management role.
- Strong conflict resolution/management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Command of writing Arabic and English.
