- Coordination with the Admission Office or the emergency department before entering the patients to give them the room number.
- Receive in patient files, and make sure there is the company format (in the case that the patient contracted with the hospital) and print the patient's barcode and deliver the file to the nurses to receive the patient.
- Passes on the rooms and print Dr Name and medical no. for patients and put it on the room.
