Job Description

What we're looking for is a tech savvy who is knowledgeable about computer systems and Software applications and must be a Fluent English Speaker as he/she will be supporting our American clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Help our customers regarding the Installation & configuration of our company's hardware and software systems.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of our company's hardware and software systems.
  • Logging the queries of customers and employees.
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Following instructions in order to set up a system or fix a fault.

Job Requirements

  • English Fluency is a MUST
  • Previous experience as a Technical support is a MUST.
  • Ability to work in the US Shift (5pm - 2am).
  • Customer service skills.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Teamwork.
