Job Description
- Establish plans to ensure the company's facilities and individuals are secured against any risks to which they may be exposed.
- Prepare and propose the department's budget and presenting it to the direct manager for review and approval.
- Develop a detailed plan to secure the company's branches and sites geographically and clarify the procedures for their implementation for subordinates.
- Develop security plans and controlling the transfer of funds.
- Manage security officials in the regions to make sure the workflow is done according to the plans.
- Administer monitoring of the branches with CCTV around the clock and follow up their feedback reports.
- Review the periodic reports to analyze the data mentioned in order to identify the problems of security deficiencies and take the necessary corrective and preventive measures.
- Visit the branches of the company to monitor the work plans and direct the subordinates to implement them.
- Receive security problems that occur in the branches and company's premises, and develop related solutions.
- Monitor the security services at the company's branches and locations to ensure their effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s / License’s degree.
- Solid awareness of establishing and developing security plans, preferred in the retail industry
