- Creates and updates employees files.
- Create required Social Insurance Forms such as Form 1, Form 2 and Forms 6
- Reviews hiring documents and creates bank accounts letters.
- Schedules Medical checkup for new hire.
- Issues Warning letters, Personnel memos, internal transfer letters
- Performs resignation and termination process.
- Updates employees database
- Prepares for internal and external audit
- Replies to employee’s inquiries regarding personnel inquires.
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- from 4 : 5 years experiences in Personnel function.
- Payroll Experiences will be proffered.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent MOS abilities.
