Job Description

  • Creates and updates employees files.
  • Create required Social Insurance Forms such as Form 1, Form 2 and Forms 6
  • Reviews hiring documents and creates bank accounts letters.
  • Schedules Medical checkup for new hire.
  • Issues Warning letters, Personnel memos, internal transfer letters
  • Performs resignation and termination process.
  • Updates employees database
  • Prepares for internal and external audit
  • Replies to employee’s inquiries regarding personnel inquires.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree
  • from 4 : 5 years experiences in Personnel function.
  • Payroll Experiences will be proffered.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Excellent MOS abilities.
