Job Description

  • Oversee the training sessions ensuring the event success with 100% accuracy.
  • Takeover all responsibilities of online customer services of the website and social media.
  • Follow the checklist before the session.
  • Receive the training order from instructors
  • Lead survey initiatives and analyze public opinion
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Handling the training schedule.
  • Explain our training programs for the new customer.
  • Follow the monthly renewal with the existing customer.
  • Solving customer's complains and problems.
  • Interact with potential customers either online or via traditional marketing plans.

Job Requirements

requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
