Production Supervisor - Saudi Arabia

The objective of the job: preparing daily production plans and direct supervision of production in terms of labor, equipment, and products, maintaining the quality of products and maintaining cost and productivity and ensuring the progress of work according to plans and budgets.

Functions and duties of job:

• Develop an annual production plan with the assistance of the production manager
• Planning, organizing, supervising and supervising production staff and workers and fully supervising the inputs, processes, and outputs of production processes.
• Setting the daily plans of the items to be produced according to the orders received from the factory manager.
• Full supervision of the inputs and outputs of the production processes and the application of quality standards and procedures in place in the company and documentation of production processes.
• Determining requirements for raw materials and preparing orders for production process inputs. And submit them to the Procurement Department.
• Identify the human resource requirements needed to work in the production department, participate in the selection of employees in the department, identify the training needs of each individual, train them and motivate them to work, and participate in the evaluation process for individuals.
• Ensure the application of occupational health and safety standards in the factory.
• Reporting on the progress of production processes, achievements, and failures to senior management.
• Make recommendations regarding reward and punishment based on the performance assessment of employees.

Need continuous and effective communication between departments, management and all employees in the company, accuracy, and follow-up.

Job Relations:

The work is related to the interaction with the production manager, the factory manager, all the employees in the factory, and the senior management.
