Job Description
- Main Purpose of the Job:Assists in monitoring and first resolution of the problems for all Data Center components (IT and applicative platforms) according to defined guidelines and principles.
- Ensures system availability, performance and optimal use.
- Resolving all issues related to operating systems, network
- Supporting the end users to tackle and resolve all its issues
- Coordinating with GC in resolving the issues of users and implementing the new projects
- Coordinating with HP to resolve all the hardware issues
- Managing and monitoring of backups in multiple locations
- Responsible for the fast and accurate troubleshooting of reported faults
- Troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelors of computer science or any relevant field
- Good Knowledge of network Window operating system
- Knowledge of H/W and S/W technicality
- Knowledge of Active Directory and e-mail servers
