Job Description
Direct the Contracts and Claims function within Kahromika aiming to optimize the administration of the contracts, claims and projects controls.
- Setup and ensure proper implementation of the contracts and claims administration strategy, guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Manage all claims, review analysis and supportive documentation, lead negotiations and ensure efficient claims resolution.
- Define and implement the appropriate method to be used to conduct the delay analysis based on the agreed strategy in coordination with projects managers.
- Advise Project Managers in all contractual pertaining matter.
- Set preventive actions to enhance contracts and claims management based on the analysis, follow up and related previous experience.
- Take corrective actions and closely follow up on major contracts management issues and all claims in coordination with other related staff and entities.
- Review and ensure the compliance of contracts management and claims process to related country local laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business or Engineering.
- Experience in contract and claim management with an emphasis on EPC contracts.
- Excellent Command of English/Arabic.
- Excellent knowledge of Egyptian Law and market standard legal norms.
- Negotiation skills.
