About the Job
  • Design, implement and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as minimum salaries and tax liabilities.
  • Monitoring salary structure and benefits, monitors trends affecting pay and benefits to improve practices and policies
  • Developing competitive benefits packages.
  • Manage compensation and benefits analytics within the company, analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments
  • Responsible for the occupational classifications as per job descriptions and salary scale.
  • Oversee Competitive analysis and, merit increase and salary structure.
  • Forecast budget for the salary increase and prepare personnel budget and keep C&B operations within it.
  • Evaluate employee benefits policies to assess whether they are current, competitive and legal.
  • Design, evaluate and modify total rewards and benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee all the activities of own team to ensure high-performance levels and efficient implementation.
  • Responsible for the professional development of own team and ensure it is aligned with the organizational career progression and succession plans.
  • Responsible for setting the team objectives in correlation with the department objectives, provide coaching and action plans required to achieve objectives
  • Manage the payroll processing ensuring the smooth operations of the monthly transaction.
  • Authorizes the salary transfers online
  • Revises debit notes issued by the company.
  • Reviews financial payments related to the HR department
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • HR related postgraduate studies
  • MBA (is a plus)
  • 5-8 Years of work Experience in the Human Resources field
  • The Arabic language is Mandatory
  • Excellent English Language
  • Knowledge of Egyptian Tax law.
  • Knowledge of Egyptian Labor law.
  • Knowledge of Social Insurance policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of all HR functions and how they impact the business.
  • Understanding of performance management principles.
  • Financial/Numerical Knowledge.
