Job Description
- We’re looking for a Mobile Team lead to join our growing team!
- Our ideal candidate is not only an experienced iOS developer and responsible for guiding our technical choices but plays an essential role in leading the growth and development of our mobile engineers.
- We value iteration, customer focus, and humility above all.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our other technical leaders to set out a vision for our mobile engineering
- Help build our team by recruiting new top talent
- Coach and guide our mobile developers to grow into their work
- And, not unimportant: you're part of the team as well, so you'll work on our iOS app.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- You have experience working on a number of mobile apps, preferably apps with scale.
- Your passion and skill set is predominantly focused on iOS, but bonus points for having shipped both Android as well as iOS apps to a large audience
- You have been (functionally) leading a team of developers for a minimum of 2 years.
- You're excited to take on the responsibility of growing the team with new members
- Helping people get better at their jobs makes you happy
- You’re excited to work in a fast-paced, creative, and demanding startup environment
- Portfolio, GitHub (or another open-source account), list of published works is a plus
- High level working English is required
