Job Description
- Will handle finishing works in the assigned project
- Coordinates activities to manage high-end finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, interior works, etc. life cycle of the project
- Coordinates efforts of subcontractors and resolves problems in the area of finishing to ensure meeting of contractual commitments
- Monitor performance of subcontractors
- To carry out technical supervision of finishing works
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years in execution of fit-out works
- Previous experience in villas projects
- Leadership skills
- Computer skills in AUTOCAD, MS Office
- Presentation skills
- Awareness of international standards relevant to his work
