Job Description
- Direct supervision of In House Marketing team: train employees; plan, assign and direct work; performance review; motivate, reward and provide disciplinary action when necessary (termination and conflict resolution).
- Work directly with marketing management to create, own and implement monthly marketing plans to achieve the overall department strategy and KPIs.
- Compile data and provide clear analytics for marketing team performance, create actions plans.
- Traffic management for different brands requirements depending on group strategy and in coordination with brand ambassadors/management.
- Coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales department with regard to leads management and acquisition.
- Coordinate with sales department regarding new/changes in marketing plans and programs.
- Leads department initiatives to increase productivity.
- Conducts daily, weekly staff meetings to ensure departmental goals are being met.
- Oversees quality control on all in-house Marketing programs/activities
Job Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in the marketing department preferably in a marketing agency (1-3 years management experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/management from a reputable organization (MBA preferred)
- Digital certifications are a plus (Adwords, Social Media, Digital Analytics, Wordpress, etc..)
- Excellent command of Arabic and English languages.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Proficient is the use of marketing software systems & databases as CRM.
- Ability to run and analyze reports for management purposes.
- Ability to carry out responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
- Recognizes an emergency situation and takes appropriate action.
- Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation.
