Job Description

Planning

  • In collaboration with KSA Business Development Manager for Marketing & CRM and BUs stakeholders, prepare a timed plan for the execution process and steps.
  • Ensures that the execution process meets the Marketing plan.
  • Prepare all projects plans with its milestones.
  • Track the actual activities vs. done with its impact.

Organize

  • Responsible for meeting & Task management for KSA Marketing Dept.
  • Provide and explain the work order to the Marketing department teams.
  • Set and assign tasks on behalf of KSA Business Development Manager for Marketing & CRM with due dates. Job Title KSA Marketing Planning & Follow up Specialist Direct Technical Manager KSA Business Development Manager for Marketing & CRM Direct Administrative manager Group Medical and BD Planning & Follow up Section Head
  • Keep a record of forms and work documents.

Lead

  • Avoid the administrative errors resulting from poor planning.
  • Inform the departments with any recent changes or instructions.
  • Keep the management updated with the new changes or arising issues.

Control

  • Apply the standard specifications in cooperation with Marketing director, quality control and the planning & follow up dep.
  • Evaluate and review the execution process.
  • Evaluate Projects milestones and track the due dates & delayed in it.

Other

  • Perform duties and responsibilities assigned by higher management.

Job Requirements

  • Academic Level: Bachelor degree.

Experience:Minimum one year experience in the same field.

Skills:

  • Good computer skills.
  • Effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • English is a must.
  • Good in Excel & word.
  • Crisis management.
  • Quick performance.

Personal requirements:

  • Very good communication skills.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Ability to organize and supervise.
  • Dependable person with good work ethic.
  • Predicting ability. Required reports:
  • Daily Brief Report.
  • Weekly Objectives Report.
  • Department Monthly Report.
