Accountable to meet an agreed annual target of contracts according to the corporate’s growth plan.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Present our company to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Pro-actively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Flexible working hours sometimes evenings or weekends
Willingness to travel throughout the country and internationally.
Determination and commitment to succeed in a challenging environment.
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external.
6th of October resident or nearby area is highly preferable
B Sc. degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Power Engineering.
2+ years’ experience in marketing or business studies in MEP contracting Field and sales .
Detailed knowledge of marketing and new business development techniques in Egypt.
The strong database in the MEP market.
Demonstrable and competent knowledge and usage of IT systems including the full Microsoft Office suite.
Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
