Job Description
- Accountable to meet an agreed annual target of contracts according to the corporate’s growth plan.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Pro-actively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Job Requirements
- Flexible working hours sometimes evenings or weekends
- Willingness to travel throughout the country and internationally.
- Determination and commitment to succeed in a challenging environment.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external.
- 6th of October resident or nearby area is highly preferable
- B Sc. degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Power Engineering.
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing or business studies in MEP contracting Field and sales .
- Detailed knowledge of marketing and new business development techniques in Egypt.
- The strong database in the MEP market.
- Demonstrable and competent knowledge and usage of IT systems including the full Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
