Job Description
- Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements
- Provided through supervision for a day – to – day operations of Facility in accordance with set policies and godliness
- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
- Ensure delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met
- Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency.
- Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures
- Established and Maintained a positive relationship with government regulator, other health care providers
- Coordinates with other teams and ensures satisfactory completion of work
Job Requirements
- BSC/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a facilities manager , Minimum 5 Years
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good analytical/critical thinking
