- Monitors the logistics department shipments, updates reports and our tracking system and handles all related documents internally and externally, in charge of customer service related
Job Requirements
Competencies/ Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in a freight forwarding company is preferable
- Was in charge of communications with international agents and with clients.
- Was in charge of import shipments from origin to destination and same for export
- English/Other language Level: Excellent English level in reading, writing and speaking is a must
