Enterprise Finance
Our team has a proven record of structuring, pricing, placing and issuing transactions in the Egyptian market. Enterprise Financing services include debt capital market instrument structuring and issuance, leasing and factoring.
Job Title: Senior Associate
Job Description: The Senior Associate will play an instrumental role on a small and dynamic team working on Egypt’s most interesting debt financing transactions.
Specific tasks include the following:
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis covering companies, industries and macro conditions
- Create internal and external presentations that range from investor presentations to analysis output
- Present oral and written reports to highlight different business development opportunities
- Develop financial models that can distill large quantities of data into simple and meaningful output
- Ability to interact directly with clients
- Coordination of projects and transactions with internal and external teams from project inception to closing
Job Requirements
Desired credentials and background include the following:
- 2-5 year of work experience in a financial role (investment and commercial banking, preferred but not required)
- Degree in finance and / or economics preferred
- Interest in debt financing, previous experience not required
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Sufficient command of financial modeling
- Solid writing and communicating skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Resourceful, creative and a high intellectual curiosity
- Bilingual (Arabic and English)
Salary: Commensurate with skill level and experience and will be comparable to market rates
