Job Description
- Meets with requester to determine requirements of projects design elements
- Performs original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs.
- Assists in preparation of working drawings of details required for contract drawing.
- Assists in preparation of design development drawings.
- Build and coordinate efficient BIM Models
- Assists in developing and/or coordinating development of detailed working drawings and specifications after approval for project has been obtained.
- Assists with coordinating bid process.
- Provides support to Architects and management staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum experience 4-9 years.
- High skills in digital software such as AutoCAD, 3Ds MAX, Photoshop, Revit, BIM, VRay and Photoshop.
- Good English language skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Leadership / Teamwork / Collaboration.
