Job Description

  • Prepare financial statements and analysis for whole of the company
  • Take responsibility of all accounting related issues
  • Regularly produce financial reports or statements
  • Revise the activity for each sales person with a monthly report by sales name including revenue units, etc... To calculate the commission and incentive for each.
  • Prepare and submit any reports required by the GM includes detailed reports that shows all the activity analysis by type of business on monthly basis includes each sales person monthly activity and year to date achieved revenue by business type.
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, invoicing, and other transactions
  • Preparing monthly financial performance analysis reports, and arranging all the document to be submitted to the Accounting and Auditing office on the first week of each month.
  • Full Stock control management in all type of business machine and supplies etc..
  • Customer Receivables Management on daily basis sorted by date and value
  • Develop and implement effective stock control and audit systems to ensure that all stocks are maintained at the levels necessary to meet requirements.
  • Forecast and plans according to fiscal needs of supplies, machines, and paper.
  • Prepare purchase orders and requisitions in order to order machines, and supplies.
  • Review inventories and order as required.
  • Review deliveries against the orders.
  • Track the status of any orders.
  • Manage all the stock movement for all Machines and paper.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

Job Requirements

  • Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Professional experience in financial firms or accounting department of any company, with a minimum of three to five years’ training under registered Logistics service providers
  • License to qualify as a certified logistics accountant
  • Accountancy and financial knowledge, skills that help manage and/or administer business deals and issues.
  • Knowledge of accounting terms and techniques and ability to understand or develop unique methodologies for specific work conditions.
  • Practical knowledge of payment and record-keeping, maintenance of the books of accounts.
  • Interactive skills and technological qualities
