Job Description
Scope and General Purpose of Job:
- Develop financial plans and structures the company’s projects and investments.
- Participate in deal negotiations and fundraising.
- Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing reports and projections based on financial best practices and standards.
- Engage in financial, cash, and liquidity assessment and analysis and reach recommendations on a best-fit capital structure.
- Development of financial models and forecasts to support the feasibility of potential business development initiatives and projects.
- Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information, forecasts, financial models, and valuation.
- Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Filtering financial markets opportunities based on financial criteria; liquidity, profitability, risk and leverage, and other metrics.
- Analyze clients’ financial statuses (e.g. income, expenses and liabilities)
- Examine and suggest financial opportunities and structures.
Job Requirements
Skills & qualifications required
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Prior forecasting and reporting experience not less than 2 years
- Strong communication, analytical and data organization/ interpretation skills
- Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy is required
- Superior skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Financial modeling experience and understanding of financial statements
- Understanding of Securities and Fund Services Product Offerings a plus.
