Job Description
Responsible for supporting and running the Quality Control processes for Pre-bid stream from Proposals and Bids perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Works with the sales and presales teams on developing organization presales quality control capabilities.
- Obtains internal and external feedback on the submitted proposals.
- Performs monthly Quality Checks on Submitted proposals
- Ensures completeness of any submitted proposals against Bids/RFPs requirements.
- Prepares & Submits progress reports related to pre-bid QC running procedures for Pre-Bid Leader.
- Ensures bidding processes fulfillment in Cooperation with BPM/QA team.
- Contributes on Internal Business Development (Presales) Process Improvement Groups.

- Bidding management Skills.
- 1 to 3 years Presales experience is essential.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
