About the Job

Responsible for supporting the Quality Control processes for pre-bid stream from Proposals and Bids perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Market Units and LOBs on developing Organization Business Development capabilities
  • Perform & monitor CI programs
  • Monitor & manage a monthly Quality Checks on Submitted proposals
  • Monitor the Follow-up process on Presales teams competency (i.e. vendor certificates)
  • Monitor and Ensure completeness of any submitted proposals against Bids/Request For Proposals "RFP" requirements
  • Develop & Monitor Strategic Business Development Metrics
  • Lead Presales –QC team members in all regions
  • Approve a QC proposal Inspection Plan
  • Lead Implementation for Business Development Quality Frameworks such as Business Development- Capability Maturity Model "BD-CMM"
  • Lead Participation in Global Benchmarking activities
  • Lead QC Presales teams competency Development
  • Monitor QC inspection proposal schedules and managing QC presales resourcing requirements internally
  • Lead bidding processes improvement project in Cooperation with Business Process Management / QA team
  • Build Business Development Presales QC-Procedures best practice
  • Contribute on Internal Business Development (Presales) Process Improvement Groups
  • Drive resolution of systemic proposal process problems
