Job Description
- Following up & arranging required shipping documents for clearance
- Receiving commodities shipping documents from procurement to start regulatory due process
- Segregating local Market Imported shipments & foreign markets Imported shipments to start documentation process
- Opening Foreign Import Notes & coordinating with port cleaning agents for custom clearance
- Coordinating & follow up transportation operation for cleared material from dispatch to arrival
- Following up regulatory process for customs & GAFI coordinating due formalities with Free Zone clearing agent
- Coordinating with supplier’s logistics for local Import products & coordinate connecting them with Free zone custom clearing agents for complete processing on cargo formalizes till entering free zone
- Follow up, revise & archive issued storage permissions from customs for local & foreign imported products
- Presentation & inspection of received commodities with technical colleagues comparing with PO & delivery invoice before received by the WH
- Follow up & updating MRN & GRN with the warehouse & procurement after sound receiving
- Follow & supervise the Materials internal delivery & release process and procedures
- Keep tracking material transactions internal transfer between projects
- Coordinate & arrange issuance of finished shipments export notes with free zone clearing agent , customs , GAFI & customers Representatives
- Creating & issuing Export component list after coordination with technical delivery packing lists
- Legalization & authentication of export component list through certified legal accounting to overcome industrial control authority approval of integrated products
- Arrange & follow up loading operation ,trucking & transportation as well as related required permissions
- Responsible for received material loading, offloading operation & related equipment
- Reconciling, balance & close customs storage permissions based on the components of the released products
- Issuing & creating all letters & requests related to customs & GAFI operating process
- Updating the shipments daily reports from the logistics scope
- Updating the WH Stock based on received & formally releases shipments from free zone to secure matching balance with customs
- Updating GAFI fees balancing reports for deposits & insurance policy guarantee
