Furniture Manufacturing Engineer

DE.CI Cairo is looking for a talented Furniture Manufacturing Engineer to be responsible for the production process and insure products quality.

Scoop of work:

• Keep track of the requested PO's (Purchase Orders)
• Keep track of production schedules by making sure that they are abiding by the plan and the delivery dates of each PO.
• Update the operations manager by daily detailed reports of the Products and Raw materials status.
• Update the operations manager by the finished items and the requested transactions.
• Diagnose origin of breakdowns (including human error) and troubleshoot problems.
• Train, supervise and manage production line workers.
• Maintain the quality of the requested products from each supplier through the process after each stage by following and enforcing the standards, complying our products drawings and manuals.
• Collaborate with team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
