Job Description
- Fixed assets recording and follow up with third-party assets management company.
- Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.
- Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
- Confirm and Reconcile the inter-company accounts on a monthly basis.
Job Requirements
- BA in Accounting.
- 3-5 years’ experience in the same level.
- Previous experience, in one of the big four, in auditing hotels is a must.
- Excellent computer skills on MS Office and database.
- ERP Oracle knowledge is an advantage.
- A well organized, disciplined, detail-oriented, strong numerical ability, effective communication skill, a persistent and persuasive individual with the ability to identify/focus on key issues, prioritize efforts and ensure follow up with timely/quality results.
- Familiar with insurance activities, processes, and products. (not a must)
