Job Description
- Develop conceptual design schematics for buildings including layouts and, major methods and materials of construction.
- Responsible for creating project's excellent modelling and rendering (3D max, VRay and SketchUp).
- Responsible for creating project's 2D professional presentations using (Photoshop, Powerpoint).
- Assisting the firm principally in all aspects of the project from schematic design all the way to the production of construction documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Proficiency in 3DMax, VRAY,Photoshop, Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp is plus.
- Comfort in working independently, demonstrates professionalism in dealing with a variety of clients as well as vendors
- Self-motivated, energetic, and organized, with strong graphic and communication skills
