Job Description

  • Oversees and directs the membership affairs including relations and services and all related administrative work.
  • S/he facilitates networking and exchange of services between members Through executing ABA membership strategy,
  • She/he should ensure positioning ABA as a pioneer institution among other similar community development institutions.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business/Economics
  • 10 -15 years of work experience
  • 5 years of management and leadership experience
  • Previous Experience in Membership Services & Relationships is a must
  • Alexandria Resident
  • Strong ability to build and develop relationships with new member businesses
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to communicate and interact with government officials at all levels, and work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Strong ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects and initiatives
