Job Description
- Oversees and directs the membership affairs including relations and services and all related administrative work.
- S/he facilitates networking and exchange of services between members Through executing ABA membership strategy,
- She/he should ensure positioning ABA as a pioneer institution among other similar community development institutions.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business/Economics
- 10 -15 years of work experience
- 5 years of management and leadership experience
- Previous Experience in Membership Services & Relationships is a must
- Alexandria Resident
- Strong ability to build and develop relationships with new member businesses
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to communicate and interact with government officials at all levels, and work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Strong ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects and initiatives
