Job Description
Ezdehar Management is looking to hire an HR Director for one of its portfolio companies.
The HR Director will be a key member of the company's management team and a contributor to an ambitious growth strategy.
The HR Director will be responsible for:
- Organizational development including screening and hiring key management team members and managing job requirements and descriptions
- Developing and managing the company's HR policies and procedures including recruiting, on-boarding, compensation & benefits, personnel affairs, payroll, etc.
- Developing a company-wide training & development program
- Developing and managing a company
- Develop Wide performance management model
- Ensure compliance with local labor requirements and regulations (e.g., social insurance, payroll taxes, etc.)
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience with a demonstrated track record of developing and executing on new HR schemes and programs
- Experience managing / operating in a multiple business line environment
- Perfect English writing and communication skills
