Job Description
- Serve as a liaison among governing boards, medical staff and department managers.
- Organize, control and coordinate services as per the hotel regulations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations and department activities.
- Authorize admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.
- Maintain oral and written communication skills with hotel manger’s and all staff in the hotel.
- Socialize, communicate with patients, travel agents and the medical community locally and overseas.
- Optimize client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 2 years of experience at a healthcare (preferred).
- Good knowledge of medical terminology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills.
- Passionate about clinical excellence.
