Job Description

  • Serve as a liaison among governing boards, medical staff and department managers.
  • Organize, control and coordinate services as per the hotel regulations.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations and department activities.
  • Authorize admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.
  • Maintain oral and written communication skills with hotel manger’s and all staff in the hotel.
  • Socialize, communicate with patients, travel agents and the medical community locally and overseas.
  • Optimize client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2 years of experience at a healthcare (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills.
  • Passionate about clinical excellence.
