Job Description
- Prepare programs quotations (all kind of programs inside Egypt).
- Contact hotels for seasonal hotels contracts.
- Responsible for organizing and executing the sightseeing all over Egypt.
- Book tour guides
- Send service orders to the representative offices in Hurghada, Sharm, Luxor and Aswan.
- Responsible for opening the file and its financial procedures
- Send periodic reports to tourism manager and tourism GM
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- Experience 6-8 years.
- Good communication skills to be able to communicate with clients and sell the prepared offers and the corporate companies.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a MUST
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently or as a team player
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to solve any kind of problem might be facing with the clients.
