Job Description
- Manages service aspects in all food and beverage assigned areas and events, and acknowledge.
- Planning menus in consultation with chefs.
- Organizing staff rotes.
- Communicates with service and kitchen staff regarding special events.
- Approves the menus proposed by the Executive Chef for all special events.
- Conducts pre-shift, pre-meal and/or pre-event meetings with all necessary staff.
- Completes and administers employee performance appraisals.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived.
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest
Standards:
- Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders.
- Administer all food and beverage facilities and ensure optimal cleanliness and safety procedures in efficient working.
- Prepare weekly work schedule as per requirements in assistance with restaurant employees.
Job Requirements
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
