Job Description
Customer Service Specialist (Part Time – Full time) for an Import Export Company
- Develop an in-depth understanding of all products, solutions and competitive products.
- Schedule and upsell products and solutions
- Drive additional online sales and improve the overall customer experience.
- Showcasing new products and features including conducting product demos
- Utilizing and driving the adoption of all required processes, tools and systems including the CRM system
- Perform quote follow-ups
- Complying with sales policies and procedures
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 100% Fluency in English OR French is a Must.
- Knowledge and proficiency with technology tools such as CRM, and Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate over the phone.
- Solid understanding of solution selling
- Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills
- Self-management with autonomy to succeed and achieve goals.
