Design and implement core server side components from RESTful APIs to database optimizations

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Proven software development experience
Extremely proficient in Python
Experience working with MySQL
Experience working with Django framework
Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON
Extremely proficient in modern coding practices (dependency injection, reactive programming, MVVM, design patterns)
Good understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular
Experience working with Linux environment
Experience working with Github
Experience working with Docker
Capable of thinking outside the box and showing ownership for your work
Good problem-solving skills
Good data structures background
Experience working with Go, MongoDB, Node.js and Kubernetes is a big plus
