About the Company:
They are the leading company in Egypt providing rental of mops, mitts and other cleaning products. Our office and factory headquarters are located in Maadi Corniche, Cairo, with extended services in Alexandria and other major cities in Egypt
With many years of experience serving the Egyptian market, we currently employ over 80 call-center agents and a fleet of 100 cars and motorcycle to address our client’s needs.
About the Job:
- Responsible for White & Blue collars recruitment
- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
- Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Experience from 1 to 2 years.
- Graduates only.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Team spirit.
