Job Description
- Determine price schedules and discount rates.
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales activities.
- Coordinate & Implement activities involving sales of products, services or other subjects of sale.
- Confer with potential customers regarding services/products needs and advise customers on types of services/products to purchase.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
- Implement activities such as sales promotions, marketing materials, etc. coordinating with other department heads as required.
- Solicit customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community.
- Work with the Quality department to ensure the highest standards of customer service and company image is implemented.
- Generate more sales, sell products & services, and get more business.
- Approach new and potential clients.
