Job Description

Responsible for all administration work including:

  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Attending high level meetings with C- Level and maintain minutes.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Responsible for all presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Organizing company events.
  • Following up with the team on the ongoing Projects and producing status reports.
  • Secure appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval process.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
  • Communicating by attaining telephone calls, fax messages and company emails follow up

Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience
  • Males Preferred
  • Fluent English language is very essential
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Presentable
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills
