Job Description
Responsible for all administration work including:
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Attending high level meetings with C- Level and maintain minutes.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Responsible for all presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Organizing company events.
- Following up with the team on the ongoing Projects and producing status reports.
- Secure appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval process.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- Communicating by attaining telephone calls, fax messages and company emails follow up
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience
- Males Preferred
- Fluent English language is very essential
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Presentable
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
