Job Description

Branch portfolio (disbursement and payment objectives):

  • Build and manage the branch portfolio by optimizing branch resources
  • Develop annual work plans and achieve growth targets set by the General administration with the need to maintain portfolio quality
  • Coordinating with the direct official on the monthly and annual targets in terms of disbursement, payment and the necessary promotional campaigns for the branch
  • Approving loan applications according to the credit terms granted to him / her
  • Follow-up of the branch's portfolios on a daily basis and review the reports of the paid and unpaid premiums, working on the collection of any delayed payments from the client in office and in field according to the company's policy and procedures.
  • To propose and implement training programs and develop the skills of the employees under his supervision.
  • Performing Field Visits.

Customers Service:

  • Ensure that all employees comply with customer service principles and monitor their application
  • Follow-up of the performance of customer relations officers to provide the best services to customers, respond to their inquiries, to identify the types of loans available to them within their funding needs and commensurate with their financial potential
  • Follow-up on the performance of the customer relations officers in promoting the products of the company either by conducting field tours and visiting potential customers or by introducing previous borrowers to any developments in the company's activities and products
  • Select random samples from clients to visit and/ or contact them as a control measure and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Human Resources (Branch Cadre):

  • Promote to the people of the region to attract qualified employees to work with the company and coordinate with the Department of Human Resources to ensure the presence of cadre that covers the needs of the branch
  • Maintain staff and apply office and field training, supervise them to increase productivity and reduce turnover
  • Holding credit committees within the branch to train employees on how to make the right credit decision
  • Evaluate and follow-up the performance of branch staff periodically to provide support and guidance in a timely manner.

Other Duties:

  • Oversee and follow up the administrative and financial affairs of the branch
  • Preparation of Different types of reports, such as payment reports
  • Representing the company in any activities at the local level in coordination with management
  • Carrying out any other tasks related to the job's competence, which are determined by the direct manager based on a specific need at different periods.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 6-8 years of experience in the same job.
  • Efficient use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Operational planning skills
  • Problem analysis and decision-making skills
  • Experience in financial and credit analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage team work
  • Understand the applicable policies, laws, and regulations
