Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Not limited to)
- Receive and attend to customers calls in a proper manner.
- Identify customers’ needs and clarify information.
- Attend to customers’ inquiries and schedule service appointments.
- Maintain customers’ database by updating information and inquiries into the system.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor degree in any relevant field (Preferred Language graduates or Ain Shams English section).
- 1-2 year experience as a call center agent.
- Very good PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- The ability to respond to common inquiries in effective verbal and written communication skill.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Work Location – Heliopolis
- Fixed Working Hours ( 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM )
