Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Not limited to)

  • Receive and attend to customers calls in a proper manner.
  • Identify customers’ needs and clarify information.
  • Attend to customers’ inquiries and schedule service appointments.
  • Maintain customers’ database by updating information and inquiries into the system.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned

General Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in any relevant field (Preferred Language graduates or Ain Shams English section).
  • 1-2 year experience as a call center agent.
  • Very good PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • The ability to respond to common inquiries in effective verbal and written communication skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Work Location – Heliopolis
  • Fixed Working Hours ( 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM )
