Job Description
- Works with the Commercial Manager in designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Establish and develop the company’s customers database, build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and promote future business opportunities.
- Identifying/qualifying potential customers and classifying those customers converting them to be target accounts for current and future new projects.
- Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals for the sales team to work towards it, and track these goals by conducting one-on-one and team meetings on a regular basis, offer advice for sales team to achieve their goals.
- Maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that would enable and encourage the sales team members to perform high standard of business performance and lead them to meet the company’s expectations.
- Team up with the marketing staff members to develop integrated communications and promotional activities that achieve the company commercial objectives.
- Motivates his team members by providing/implementing sales training programs for them to achieve their target goals.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of real estate sales experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
