Mission:

Manages the design of charging, policy, billing, mediation, provisioning solutions for various customers, in terms of all the technical aspects including feature content, delivery date and quality of the technical solution, from offer preparation through deployment activities and customer acceptance.
is the customer prime interface for all the solution aspects and manages the day to day relationship with the customer. Works closely with sales / presales and project mgmt. teams to insure delivery of the solution as per customer requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Solution Architect acts as a trusted advisor partnering with the customer on its strategy positioning & end-user understanding thanks to end-to-end architecture on multiple domains.
  • Define the global solution architecture that meet complex customer needs. Also follow-up of the architecture evolution during project.
  • Understands and captures critical customer inputs of stakeholders such as decision makers, technical staff and end users market expectations.
  • Translates them into effective requirements and provides a variety of solutions including multi-disciplined services, meeting complex customer' business, operational, functional, health, safety and regulatory needs profitably.
  • Applies solution architecture methodology, best practices, processes and principles to create innovative solutions that yield value for the customer.
  • Maintains solution integrity, including verification that the solution meets customers' implicit, explicit and dynamic requirements using principles of change control and up-scopes.
  • Identifies problems and risks early, including integration within customer's environment. Explicitly highlights obstacles and propose actions to address them.
  • Providing third level in-country knowledge for charging, policy, billing, mediation, provisioning solutions Architecture and different software/hardware impact
